News Letter Module

Due to the nature of the Internet and how we communicate on the Internet is is vitally important to stay in touch with your members and or clients.

We have developed and integrated a news letter system as part of the complete package to allow you to stay in touch easily and effectively.

The news letter editor is based on the, already familiar, editor that you use to edit and publish your website content.  So no extra "learning" is needed at the editing / compiling phase of sending out a newsletter.

The only difference between the normal editor screen and the newsletter editor screen is the addition of a drop-down menu at the bottom of the page that allows you to select the newsletter list that you want to send the letter to.

The rest of the fields that needs to be completed are the usual expected information that you would expect from a news letter manager and includes

• Title of the news letter.
• Publishing date.
• What news letter list it belongs to.
• If it is published or not.
  Publish in this case meaning it is available on the newsletter page on your website if you enabled it on your Front-End menu

Main Features

• You specify the names of the list and if it is available for subscription
  
• A list of recipients will be displayed before you start the sending process
  
  
• The manager has build-in intelligence that keeps track of who the news letter was sent to to allow you to easily carry on from where you stopped in the event that something went wrong during the sending process.
• A running process shows the current recipient in the list that the letter is being sent to.
• Every email address can be verified every time a letter is sent
• The batch can be broken up into smaller bits if it is a huge address list to avoid "over-usage" of the mail server while allowing you the freedom to send smaller batches in one go.
• News Letter can be addressed to the recipient personally if needed. (Similar to paypal newsletters)
  
  
• A test message can be sent to any e-mail address to allow you to test the look and feel of the newsletter before starting the batch
• The batch can be stopped and restarted at any time
• Upon completion you will receive a summary of how many was sent successfully
• Pre-defined templates
• News letters are available on your website if the user experience issue viewing it in the email client
  

Reporting

An integrated statical module is included that will...

• show you the date and time the batch was started and completed
• Actual members it was sent to including the date and time
• We attempt to detect and record when an email was opened, using what client and from what IP address (This is not 100% accurate as certain email clients suppress this functionality)
  
• allow you to reset the complete batch and prepare the member list for resending the batch
• Graphical display of the number of news letter send per batch to easily compare your growth / decline in any specific list
