All of us need a bit of help sometimes.  No matter how simple something is there will always be something that we are struggling with...

We believe in having a personal business relationship with our customers.

That means that we will probably be chatting a lot via Skype and email. In the process we will get to know you and understand your way of thinking and what you want on your website and how you want your website to look and work.

We will from time to time log onto your website (providing you do not limit our account) and fix problems that we see.  The biggest problem would normally be content layout issues across the different browsers that are in use.

Another regular problem is the additional information that can / needs to be applied to images and links that are incorporated into your content. Most users would leave out "Alternate Descriptions" for images and links.  These bits of information gives a "Screen Reader" and "Search Engine" spiders more information about an image or link.

Quality Control

We have integrated a system whereby an email is sent to us every time anyone makes an error on the website or in the event something goes wrong with one of the applications sunning in the background.

We monitor those and if we find that a lot of people have problems with the way we expect something to work (e.g. completing the procedure to maintain a menu item) we will access the problem and find a way to make things easier to understand.

We developed the system and it makes sense you us.  That doesn't necessarily means it makes sense to users that are not used to working in the web-environment.

Our servers at Exelwebs has been fine-tunes to work perfectly with our script and optimise performance of your website.  That includes periodic security upgrades to the server.

By hosting your website on our servers at Exelwebs you will have the assurance that we do our utmost to keep your website secure and in good working order.
